This Privacy Policy describes how Al-Fatah Limited (UK Registration No. 14323845), which operates the ThinkFinancials website and the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform ("we," "us"), handles information in connection with this marketing website and, where applicable, the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform.

2. Information we collect

Forms on this website (Contact and Book a Demo) collect the details you provide — such as your name, organization, work email, job title and message — for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. This information is handled by the ThinkFinancials team and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website may use functional cookies required for basic operation. It does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

4. The Audit & Risk Platform application

Use of the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform application itself (at https://audit.thinkfinancials.com) is governed by the terms and privacy practices presented at sign-up and within the application, which may differ from this marketing-website policy.

5. Audit Intelligence (AI-assisted drafting)

Audit Intelligence is an optional feature of the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform that generates draft content — such as risk descriptions, findings, engagement scope and report narrative — from information that users provide in the application and, for some workflows, from related records in their organization's account. It is available only where it is included in the organization's package and has been enabled for that organization.

To produce a draft, the information needed for the request is processed by an artificial intelligence service that we configure for the application. That service may be operated by a third party acting on our behalf. This marketing website does not send the content of your audit work to any AI service. Within the application, administrators can turn Audit Intelligence on or off for their organization and can set usage limits.

Users and their organizations are responsible for deciding what information they enter into, or make available to, Audit Intelligence, and for making sure they are entitled to do so. Do not include information that you are not authorized to share, including content from assignments your organization has designated as restricted unless your administrators have specifically permitted external AI processing for them. Where possible, avoid entering personal data that the task does not require.

The identity of the AI service provider, where information is processed, how long it is retained by that provider, and whether it may be used to improve models are set out in your subscription agreement or are available from us on request at hello@thinkfinancials.com; this policy does not make commitments on those points beyond what is stated there.
