1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform application, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

This website and the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform are provided by Al-Fatah Limited (UK Registration No. 14323845). In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to that company.

The ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform is a software platform for internal audit and risk management, covering audit universe management, risk assessment, audit planning, engagement execution, working papers, findings, follow-up, and reporting.

3. Packages and functionality

The ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform is offered in three packages — Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Each package provides a different set of functionality; the features available to your organization are determined by the package you subscribe to. Bespoke configuration may be available, and Enterprise deployment and security arrangements may be separately agreed. You can contact ThinkFinancials to discuss your configuration requirements.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Starter and Professional are priced per user per month. You select the number of user licenses you require, and fees are calculated as the per-user price for your package multiplied by that quantity. Your organization may have up to that number of users; licensed quantity can be increased through billing, and a license released by archiving or deactivating a user becomes available for reuse. Billing may be monthly or annual; annual plans are invoiced once per year and are discounted against the monthly per-user price. Enterprise pricing may be tailored to your requirements. Applicable fees, invoicing, taxes and cancellation terms are set out in your order form or subscription agreement. Pricing shown on this website is in USD list terms and is provided for information; amounts in other currencies are conversions and may vary with exchange rates.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to another tenant, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
