Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Overview
Subscriptions to the ThinkFinancials Audit & Risk Platform are provided and invoiced by Al-Fatah Limited (UK Registration No. 14323845) and are arranged directly with our team. The specific refund and cancellation terms that apply to your organization are set out in your order form or subscription agreement; the summary below describes our general approach.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription for any reason before the end of the current billing term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term, and your organization retains access until then.
Starter and Professional subscriptions are priced per user per month; Enterprise pricing may be tailored. You can increase your licensed quantity at any time through billing; reductions take effect at the next renewal unless your subscription agreement provides otherwise.
3. Refunds
Fees already paid for a billing term are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in your subscription agreement. Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method, and any converted-currency amount is subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of the refund.
